On February 28, 2024, in accordance with the plan of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region, the AGPO ROO "Saryarka Daryny" together with the Balkhash Technical College named after R. Koshkarbayev "Halyk Kaharmany" of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a city debate tournament among college students dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Rakhimzhan Koshkarbayev.
The purpose of the tournament: the development and promotion of the discussion movement among the clubs of college students of the Karaganda region.
